Please join the HCBA for its annual Bench-Bar Conference, as we discuss the varying ways in which conflicts of interest arise and how to handle them. We will consider traditional “conflicts”; those that arise from a lawyer’s outside activities, like nonprofit and community service activities; and personal conflicts. The program is intended for both litigators and those with a transactional practice. The program will be held in the Henrico County Board Room, 4301 East Parham Road, on March 26, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
